Using the latest phosphorus-free formula, atomization creates a high surface energy on the surface of tiny droplets. This surface energy can absorb odor molecules in the air. The dissolution process of odorous gases involves a mass transfer process from gas to liquid, causing the structure of the odorous gas molecules to change, becoming unstable. At this point, the active molecules in the solution can donate electrons to the odorous gas molecules, reacting with them. Simultaneously, the odorous gas molecules adsorbed on the droplet surface react with oxygen in the air. This agent converts the odorous gas molecules into odorless and non-toxic molecules, such as nitrogen and water.

Performance and Characteristics

During the production and processing of polymers, small amounts of small organic molecules are often added to the polymer. These small organic molecules can alter the polymer's properties and even pose a health hazard. To eliminate this effect, our company has developed a special plastic additive, CW-1 Special Effect Edition. This white, microporous, organophilic powder absorbs odors and tastes through ion exchange and complexation reactions. It also exhibits excellent heat resistance and good dispersibility in polymer materials. Unlike other methods, the CW-1 Special Effects Edition completely eliminates odors from plastics and internal products, rather than masking them with other odors.

Scope of Application

This product is suitable for processing a variety of polymer materials and is particularly effective in removing odors from polymer materials that easily decompose during processing. These include PVC, PE, ABS, PA6, PP, PET, PS, PVDC, TPU, tires, seals, weather strips, hoses, natural rubber, NBR, SBR, elastomers, recycled rubber, and paints and coatings.

Recommended Dosage

DD-based 100% (for special circumstances, such as when the proportion of plasticizer odor is high) is limited to 680-50%. Testing is required to determine the recommended dosage. It is ineffective against organotin odors. The recommended dosage for rubber-based products is between 0.04% and 0.06% of the raw rubber. The specific dosage must be determined through testing.
