RCF-3 high-efficiency fluorescent brightener is soluble in 80 times the concentration of soft water. It is anionic and has an acid and alkali resistance of pH 5-11. It can be used in the same bath with anionic surfactants, dyes, nonionic surfactants, and hydrogen peroxide. At equivalent dosages, it achieves a 3-5% higher whiteness than VBL and DMS.

Applications & Usage

It is used in water-based coatings, water-based glues, and papermaking applications. It achieves excellent whitening, brightening, and brilliance with minimal addition. It is currently a leading water-based whitening agent both domestically and internationally.

Usage:

Depending on the process, there are three ways to add the fluorescent brightener:

1. Add the fluorescent brightener to the product via a high-speed disperser.

2. During the production process, dissolve the fluorescent brightener in a mixture of 1/80 water and ethanol at approximately 30-40°C. Add the solution to the water-based product and stir thoroughly to disperse evenly.

Dosage: 200-300g per ton of raw material.
